CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCE
The reservation is to accept the provisions of these Regulations.

• Hotel night starts at 14:00 (2 p.m.) on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 (11 a.m.) on the day of departure.
• In case of late arrival or early departure no discount will be given.
• An advanced payment to the amount fixed by the phone is required.
• In the event of cancellation the prepayment is not refundable.
• In the event of a sudden shortening your stay during the sojourn the amount of money for unused days is not refundable.
• Upon arrival, it is necessary to provide your identity card in order to register and regulate the charges for the room no later than on the second day of stay.
• Room cannot be occupied by more people than those reported in the Reservation.
• Guests bear financial liability for any damage during the stay.
• Nocturnal silence is in force from 22.00 to 6.00. There may be a deviation in case when an event is organised in the resort (banquet, wedding, etc.)
• Attitude of guests and people using the services of the resort should not interfere with the peaceful residence of the other guests. The resort may refuse to continue to offer the services to the person who violates this principle.
• Resort is not responsible for any damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the guest, which was left in or outside the establishment.
• Resort is not responsible for loss or damage to goods brought into the building. You can leave valuable items to be deposited at the reception desk.
• Personal belongings left by a client in a hotel room in the resort will be returned to the address indicated by the guest. In case of absence of such order the resort will store these items for 1 month.
